Delivery Information
At Austpek Bathrooms, we strive for quick, reliable and safe delivery of your order. Delivery fees may vary with product type and location. Split deliveries may occur if products are sent from different suppliers and can be delivered together upon request, with an added delivery time of 2-5 business days.
- Estimated 1-5 business days for order processing and 1-7 business days for delivery.
- For sale periods please allow extra time for supplier and courier delays but our team will keep you updated.

Small Item Deliveries (Tapware, Accessories, Showers)
- Free delivery on all small items Australian-wide over $150.
Medium and Large Item Deliveries (Mirrors, Basins, Sinks, Vanities, Shower Screens, Toilets & Bathtubs)
- Delivery fees differ per state.
- Free delivery: For orders over $1000. of Metro Sydney, and over $1500 to Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA.
- For orders exceeding 7 medium items, a flat fee is charged.
- Complementary Shipping Insurance on every order.
How to Calculate Delivery?
While we offer free delivery Australia-wide on all Tapware, Accessories, and Showers over $150.00.
For multi-product orders we suggest adding all products to cart and using the calculator at checkout.
