Your trade tier or trade benefits may be based on information such as account type, order history, transactional history, annual spend, quote history, referral activity, payment history, project requirements and business relationship with Austpek.
We may use systems and internal tools to assist with account segmentation, trade-tier updates, discount management and customer-service prioritisation. Where a decision may materially affect your access to a significant account benefit, we may review the matter manually where appropriate.
6. Orders, delivery, suppliers and product fulfilment
Austpek works with product suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, couriers, freight companies, warehouses and service providers to fulfil orders and provide support.
