Can I return/exchange my order?
Change of mind returns and exchanges are permitted within 14 days of delivery/pickup granted product/s are still in a saleable condition and with their original packaging – and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Free returns/exchanges are available within 24 hours of ordering.
How long does delivery take?
It generally takes up to 5-10 business days for delivery after ordering and within 5 business days for Sydney Metropolitan deliveries given goods are in stock.
Do you keep all products in stock?
Approximately 90% of products on our website are in stock. We suggest contacting us to check stock if you have an urgent project deadline. Our friendly staff will reach out if the product/s you ordered is out of stock.
What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, our friendly staff will advise you of the ETA and recommend the closest in-stock alternative. You are also welcome to a full refund.
What are the shipping prices?
Shipping prices vary for different products and states – please use the delivery calculator to find out the delivery costs. Please note we do offer free delivery to commercial addresses with forklifts. Free delivery over $1000 within 35kms of Metropolitan Sydney and free delivery over $1500 to metro NSW, QLD, ACT and VIC. For WA and TAS there is free delivery on orders over $2000.
My order came damaged. What do I do?
Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup. Please fill out the claim form for our team to review. We CANNOT send replacements or offer refunds if it has been reported after 24 hours of delivery/pickup.
Please note that once a product has been installed it means that you accept the product arrived a good condition.

Damage
If your item has arrived damaged, please report to us by filling out the form below and upload all supporting evidence. Please read our Return Policy and report all transport damages within 24 hours upon receiving your items.
