How long does delivery take?
Estimated 1-5 business days for order processing and 1-7 business days for delivery. Please note these are estimates and please do not organise trades beforehand.
*Please allow for delays during high sale periods as our suppliers and couriers may face delays
Do you keep all products in stock?
Approximately 90% of products on our website are in stock with our local suppliers. We suggest contacting us to check stock if you have an urgent project deadline. Our friendly staff will reach out if the product/s you ordered is out of stock.
What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, our friendly staff will advise you of the ETA and recommend the closest in-stock alternative. You are also welcome to a full refund.
What are the shipping prices?
Shipping prices vary for different products and states – please use the delivery calculator to find out the delivery costs. Please note we do offer free delivery to commercial addresses with forklifts.
Free delivery over $1000 within 50kms of Metropolitan Sydney and free delivery over $1500 to metro NSW, QLD, ACT and VIC. For WA and TAS there is free delivery on orders over $2000.
Do you do special pricing?

My order came damaged. What do I do?
Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup. Please send photos of the damaged product/s to our after-sales team at aftersales@austpekbathrooms.com.au and we will organise for a replacement if it has been reported within the 24-hour timeframe. We CANNOT send replacements or offer refunds if it has been reported after 24 hours of delivery/pickup.
Please note that once a product has been installed it means that you accept the product arrived a good condition.
Can I return/exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of delivery/pickup granted product/s are still in a saleable condition and with their original packaging – and 20% restocking fee will be charged. Free returns/exchanges are available within 24 hours of ordering. Returns/exchanges after 30 days of delivery/pickup are strictly not permitted.
Is delivery insurance included?
All orders dispatched include delivery insurance. However, any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/pick up for us to claim insurance and send you a replacement.
Are products covered by warranty?
All products on our website are covered by warranty as detailed by each brand/supplier.
