RETURNS AND FAULTY ITEMS
At Austpek Bathrooms, it is important to us that you are happy with your new purchase. In the off chance that you are not, we are happy to offer refunds within 14 days of purchase.
- Initiate your return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once your order is received on our end, we will begin processing your return.
- Your refund can take up to 7 days to be processed to your original payment method.
Conditions on Returns
- For returns made due to change of mind within 14 days of purchase, full refunds are accepted but any shipping costs related to returns to our store is the responsibility of the customer.
- Free refunds are only available for products within the *Small Items* category (tapware, accessories, and showers). Washlets incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchased amount.
- For large, fragile and custom-made products – basins, sinks toilets, bathtubs, vanities and shower screens, these are strictly non-refundable due to the nature of these products.
- For all bulk orders - 10% restocking fee applies
- All returns must be made before any installation.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Products
In the event a product that is faulty or has been damaged was delivered to you, please contact us at email@example.com, and a replacement will be organised for you.
- We must be notified of any damages within 48 hours of the products arrival.
- Faulty or damaged items cannot be return after 14 days of purchase. If you encounter warranty related issues, contact us
