What Is The Return Policy?
It is important to us that you are happy with your new purchase. In the off chance that you are not, we are happy to offer refunds/exchanges.
Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery/pickup but a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price will be charged. Products must be in their original packaging and condition (including pallets and skids)
We offer free cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
Installed products will NOT be accepted for returns/exchanges.
Return Process
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery/pickup at aftersales@austpekbathrooms.com.au to initiate the return process
- Organise the return of your order, at your own expense, back to us at 415-417 Canterbury Road, Campsie NSW within 14 days of return initiation.
- Upon return to us, we will examine all returns for quality check and begin processing your return if it is in its original packaging and condition.
- If accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
