What Is The Return Policy?

It is important to us that you are happy with your new purchase. In the off chance that you are not, we are happy to offer refunds/exchanges.

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery/pickup. A 20% restocking fee applies, and the cost of original delivery will be deducted. Product/s must be in their original condition and packaging – including original skid, wrapping and pallet.

Free cancellation is only available within 24 hours of placing an order. Please note deposits are strictly non-refundable.

The following cannot be returned/exchanged:

• All customised and speciality manufactured products
• Products that have been installed

 

Return Process

1. Contact us at aftersales@austpekbathrooms.com.au within 30 days of delivery/pickup to initiate the return process.
2. Organise the return of your order, at your own expense, back to us at 415-417 Canterbury Road, Campsie NSW within 30 days.
3. Upon return to us, we will examine all returns for a quality check and begin processing your return if it is in its original packaging and condition.
4. If accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

For damaged or missing products, notify us within 24 hours of delivery — a replacement or refund will be offered if your claim is accepted.
