Square Bathtub Options
Square baths fall into two groups: large 1400mm models with room for a deep soak, and compact 900mm models for tight spaces. Our full range of bathtub shapes sits alongside this collection for comparison.
- Decina Venice Island: a 1400mm by 1400mm bath with adjustable self supporting feet, a centre waste and an overflow with plug and waste included in chrome
- Decina Venice Inset Contour: the same 1400mm shell as an inset spa bath with 20 jets and a 750 watt three stage heat boost pump
- Decina Venice Inset Dolce Vita: a 28 jet spa version with an 1100 watt heat boost pump, a spa key remote and an ECO Key controller
- Decina Bella: a 910mm by 910mm inset shower bath with a tile bead for in wall installation
- Broadway Bebe: a 905mm by 905mm built in bathtub
Square Bathtub with Shower
For small bathrooms, a square shower bath combines a bath and shower in one compact footprint. The Decina Bella is listed as an inset shower bath, measuring 910mm square and 335mm high with a 69 litre capacity measured 200mm below the rim. It has a centre waste position and a tile bead for in wall installation, and is made in Australia.
The Broadway Bebe offers a similar compact footprint at 905mm square and 330mm high as a built in bath. Both models have the waste sold separately, with an optional 40mm waste available.
Large Square Baths and Spas
At 1400mm square, the Decina Venice range gives a generous bathing area, holding 372 litres measured 200mm below the rim. The island version stands on adjustable self supporting feet, while the Contour and Dolce Vita versions are inset spa baths that sit within our wider spa baths collection.
All three Venice models are made in Australia. The Venice Island carries 15 years replacement product or parts and 1 year parts and labour, while the spa versions carry 10 years on the shell and 5 years on the pump, jets and fittings.
Comparing Shapes and Sizes
A square bath works well in a corner or alcove, while a rectangular bath suits a longer wall. A round bathtub or oval bathtub softens the outline, and a diamond bath fits a corner with an angled front. For a standard length instead, a 1500mm bath suits many family bathrooms. Custom package quotes bundle the bath, tapware and waste together, with trade and commercial pricing available.
