Modern Bath Styles

Contemporary design covers a wide spread of shapes and details, from slim, minimal edges to textured fluted exteriors. Our full range of bathtubs covers every style for comparison.

• Fluted: the Attica Havana in premium sanitary grade acrylic with a stainless steel frame and integrated overflow, and the Riva Roma in freestanding, back to wall and corner versions
• Slim edge: the Riva Layla super slim edge freestanding bath and the Lukka Nova Slim with an ultra slim acrylic silhouette
• Oval and round: oval designs make up much of the range, alongside a round bath for a softer, centred look
• Dark finishes: matte black options such as the Lukka Waverton, with a wider choice in our black bathtub collection
• Stone: Pietra Bianca composite stone baths such as the Whitney, Ryese and Onda, made with custom colours

Premium Contemporary Bath Options

At the top of the range, several contemporary bath designs add wellness features or premium materials.

• TOTO Galalato: a 2200mm reinforced marble flotation tub with HydroHands dynamic water massage, an air jet system, perimeter LED lighting and a 293 litre capacity
• Kaldewei Classic Duo: enamel steel made in Germany, with two identical backrests and a centrally positioned waste, plus an oval version with a multipoint air spa system
• Decina Carina Inset Santai: a built in spa bath at 1675mm with 12 jets
• TOTO Galalato marble oval: a 1695mm freestanding bath in matte white, offered with or without a handgrip

The full Kaldewei bath range includes built in models such as the Eurowa, which suits built in, undermount or island installation.

Choosing a Modern Bath

Most modern baths in this collection are freestanding acrylic, with lengths from around 1500mm to 1800mm. Overflow, waste inclusions and warranty vary by model, so they are listed on each product page. The Lukka Nova Slim includes a chrome waste and pipe, the Riva Layla includes a matte white pop up waste and plug, and the Attica Havana has the waste sold separately.

For other looks, a traditional bath covers clawfoot and slipper designs, and a Hamptons bath suits a coastal style. The wider range of freestanding baths covers every style, and custom package quotes bundle the bath, tapware and waste together, with trade and commercial pricing available.
