NOTE: This dual controller is only warrantied for use with Radiant branded towel rails. DO NOT use with any other brand of 12/24v towel rails without consulting their respective technical departments. We are discovering that those using drivers rather than transformers are not compatible unless a separate relay or resistor is added – contact the rail manufacturer directly for further instructions. For any other brand of 12v/24v towel rail, please check the max load is below 8 amps & has no current inrush before purchasing.
