Decina Bathtub Types

Decina baths fall into a few clear groups, so the choice starts with how the bath will be installed and whether spa jets are wanted. Our full range of bathtub brands sits alongside Decina for comparison.

• Island and extra long: the Duo Island Bath and Duo Inset spa baths at 1850mm

Decina Spa Baths: Contour and Dolce Vita

Many Decina baths are spa baths, sitting within our wider spa baths collection. The two main systems differ mainly in pump power and controls.

• Contour: a 750 watt three stage heat boost pump with a Sensa Touch pad on the rim, with 12 jets on the Turin and 14 on the Mintori
• Dolce Vita: an 1100 watt heat boost pump on models such as the Orion and Duo Inset, with 16 jets on the Turin and Orion, 18 on the Mintori and 24 on the Duo Inset
• Heat transfer: the pump recovers motor heat to help maintain the bathing water temperature
• Australian made: the Mintori and Turin Contour spa baths are listed as made in Australia

Sizes and Installation

The Decina bath range runs from compact corner models around 1295mm up to the 1850mm Duo range, with most between 1400mm and 1800mm. Decina bathtub listings such as the Regent, Mintori and Turin give capacity measured 200mm below the rim, with the Turin Contour holding 121 to 153 litres across its three sizes. Inset Contour spa baths such as the Turin come with a tile bead and an end waste, with an optional Ezi Frame and 40mm waste available.

For brand comparisons, a Poseidon bathtub, Fienza bathtub or Seima bath offers different materials and warranty terms, while a Kaldewei bathtub uses enamel steel. Custom package quotes bundle the bath, tapware and waste together, with trade and commercial pricing available.
