Change of Mind Returns

At Austpek Bathrooms, it is important to us that you are happy with your new purchase. In the off chance that you are not, we are happy to offer refunds within 30 days of delivery/pickup.

Return Process

1. Contact us at aftersales@austpekbathrooms.com.au to initiate the return process
2. Organise the return of your order, at your own expense, back to us at 415-417 Canterbury Road, Campsie NSW within 30 days of delivery.
3. Upon return to us, we will examine all returns for quality check and begin processing your return if it is in its original packaging and condition.
4. If accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

Condition of Change of Mind Returns

• Free cancellation only available within 24 hours of placing an order
• You must contact us and return the product within 30 days of delivery/accepting the good/s.
• 20% restocking fees apply, and cost of original delivery will be deducted from the refund.
• Product/s must be in their original condition and packaging – including original skid, wrapping and pallet.
• Customers are responsible for organising the delivery for returns at their own expense and tracking must be included.
• For fragile items, returns must include delivery insurance.

Exclusions for Change of Mind Returns

• All customised and speciality manufactured products cannot be returned/exchanged once order has been confirmed.
• Products installed cannot be returned/exchanged.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days delivery/pick-up but 20% restocking fee will still be applicable.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Products

In the event that a faulty/damaged product/s is delivered to you, please contact us at info@austpekbathrooms.com.au to organise a replacement to be delivered.

• For all damaged/faulty products, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery/acceptance of the good/s and returned back to us within 30 days of delivery/acceptance of the good/s.

• Customers are responsible for disposing of damaged products
• Missing items from delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/pickup.
