What If My Order Comes Damaged?
Rest assured we have delivery insurance with all orders!
As goods may be stored or moved around by trade all damages must be reported to us at aftersales@austpekbathrooms.com.au within 24 hours of delivery to organise a replacement or refund. Any reports of damages outside this 24 hour window will not be accepted.
Products that have been installed will be taken as acceptance of the good in good condition and will not be accepted in damaged.
Customers will be responsible for disposing of all damaged products if a replacement/refund has been processed.
