If your order arrives damaged, don't worry! At Austpek Bathrooms, we have delivery insurance for all our orders sent out.

All damages must be reported any damages to us at aftersales@austpekbathrooms.com.au within 24 hours of delivery. As goods may be stored or moved around by trade we cannot accept any damages after this window.

For damages reported within 24 hours of delivery, our aftersales team will then guide you through the process of a replacement/reimbursement/refund.

Please note products partially or fully installed will not be accepted in any claim.
