In addition to Australian Consumer Law, Verotti offers varying warranty periods that are effective from the date of purchase or handover. Verotti warrants against faulty materials or workmanship provided the product has been used, installed and cared for in accordance to our instructions and are subject to the terms and conditions that follow.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Verotti assures the initial purchaser that its products are devoid of material and workmanship defects.

At Verotti's discretion, this warranty encompasses repair, replacement, necessary adjustments, provision of equivalent items, or reimbursement of the purchase cost for any products exhibiting defects due to flawed materials or craftsmanship, provided they were used, installed, and maintained normally within the warranty period.

Expenses related to removal or installation are not the responsibility of Verotti.

Valid warranty claims will be addressed and resolved by an authorized Verotti service technician or installer.

Prior to installation, products should be inspected for any transit-related damages or faults.

This warranty does not cover damages arising from neglect, improper installation or usage, inadequate care and maintenance, misuse, or alterations. Such damages are not classified as manufacturing defects and are not included within this warranty.

In accordance with applicable laws, Verotti shall not be held liable for any losses or damages to furniture, flooring, walls, fixtures, or any consequential losses resulting from product or component defects.

Products variations in color, shade, or pattern are to be expected.

Verotti products are accompanied by an unwaivable guarantee as per the Australian Consumer Law. You retain the right to opt for a refund or replacement in cases of significant product failures. Should such a failure qualify as a major one, rectification shall be carried out within a reasonable timeframe.

This extended warranty is non-transferable and exclusively applicable to the original owner

 

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

The warranty will be rendered void under the following circumstances:

• Installation conducted by an unlicensed tradesperson.

• Products not installed in adherence to Australian Standards AS/NZS3500 or the applicable State Regulations.**

• Products not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's stipulated installation instructions.

• Products sold from display.

• Standard wear and tear.

• Non-approved modifications made to the product or provided components.

• Damage attributable to accidents, negligence, abuse, or improper product utilization, including exposure to excessive heat or moisture, elevated pressure, adverse weather conditions, and natural disasters.

• Removal of check valves and flow regulation components from tapware and shower

• Failure to install isolating taps (mini stop taps) as per the manufacturer's instruction

• Damage resulting from insufficient flushing or improper preparation of plumbing lines before usage, as well as issues originating from inadequate water supply containing contaminants such as dirt, sand, copper, or plastics.

• Failure to uphold proper maintenance and cleaning practices as outlined in the care and maintenance instructions provided by Verotti.

• Neglect or failure to clean aerators or filters in water outlets and shower heads as part of routine care and maintenance.

• Deterioration of seals and O-rings due to the use of products within cisterns, such as cleaning agents or deodorizers.

• Malfunctioning electrical supply, encompassing power outages or surges.

• Surface finish impairment resulting from the utilization of harsh chemicals, detergents, abrasive cleaners, epoxies, adhesives, or sealants.

• Water pressure and temperature surpassing the parameters outlined in the provided installation instructions, including instances of thermal shock.

**AS/NZS3500 dictates that the maximum water supply pressure at any outlet within a building must not exceed 500kpa. In such scenarios, pressure-limiting valves should be appropriately installed.
