Austpek Bathrooms offers the highest quality bidets in the market, all of our products made with high quality materials in South Korea. We give our customers, 100% coverage for all parts and labour for the entire product for 24 months. Our products meet with Australian Plumbing Standards and Electrical requirements. Bidets should be installed by licensed plumbers according to correct back flow prevention information. It’s very rare that you may have a problem with your bidet seat. If you think that there is a problem, please give us a call. We will troubleshoot the problem on the phone. If we can not solve the problem by sending the right spare part, we will ask you to send the bidet back to us. Once it’s fixed we will ship your bidet to you for free.
