  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase

  • 1 Year warranty against material and manufacturing defects


What's not covered under Warranty

  • Incorrect installation or installation by a non-licenced plumber
  • Damage during shipping, delivery or installation
  • Scratching, chipping, discolouration, dulling or other general surface deterioration
  • Fair wear and tear or damage due to normal use or ageing
  • Damage caused by abrasive pads or cleaners, steel wool, bleaches, solvents or drain-cleaning products
  • Misuse or improper maintenance
  • Seconds, ex-display and floor stock
  • Transferred ownership (warranty is non-transferrable)


Please note

  • Due to the handmade nature of fireclay, all Chambord sinks are manufactured with a dimensional tolerance of +/- 5mm.
