RETURNS AND FAULTY ITEMS
At Austpek Bathrooms, it is important to us that you are happy with your new purchase. In the off chance that you are not, we are happy to offer refunds within 14 days of purchase.
Return Steps
- Initiate your return by contacting us at info@austpekbathrooms.com.au
- Once your order is received on our end, we will begin processing your return.
- Your refund can take up to 7 days to be processed to your original payment method.
Conditions on Returns
- For returns made due to change of mind within 14 days of purchase, full refunds are accepted but any shipping costs related to returns to our store is the responsibility of the customer.
- Free refunds are only available for products within the *Small Items* category (tapware, accessories, and showers). Washlets incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchased amount.
- For medium and large, fragile and custom-made products – sinks, basins, toilets, bathtubs, vanities and shower screens, these are strictly non-refundable due to the nature of these products.
- All returns must be made before any installation.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Products
In the event a product that is faulty or has been damaged was delivered to you, please initiate a return using the return form available here, follow the steps and a replacement product will be delivered to you.
- We must be notified of any damages within 48 hours of the product's arrival.
- Faulty or damaged items cannot be returned after 14 days of purchase. If you encounter warranty related issues, contact us at info@austpekbathrooms.com.au for warranty enquiries.
